Angel De Leon joined RSI with over 15 years of pastoral and ministry experience. He served as teaching pastor in a South Florida church for 12 years and has had the opportunity to lead in various local church leadership roles.

As a consultant with RSI, Angel has been asked to lead in a variety of challenging campaign settings. Pastors have commended him for his clear-minded counsel, sincere interest in their ministries, ability to listen and put together action plans to address their needs. Having worked with over 100 churches, he is motivated by the opportunity to witness the transformation produced when churches embrace their calling to fulfill their mission and vision for ministry.

Angel spends much of his time sharing the history and philosophy of RSI stewardship programming with prospective clients and is sought-after for his ability to help churches find creative ways to meet their ministry objectives.

Angel earned a B.S. from Baptist University in Atlanta, Georgia, M.A. from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virginia, and a Master of Divinity from The Criswell College in Dallas, Texas.

An active member of his church, Angel teaches a weekly Bible study class. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys multi-sport endurance events, carpentry, attending his son’s athletic events and cooking with his wife. Angel and his family reside in Frisco, Texas.
