Prior to coming to RSI, Craig served as an Administrative Pastor for more than twenty years. During that time, his church was involved in four Capital Stewardship Programs. He was impressed by the way RSI supported his church and is now excited to help other churches in the same sort of way as they seek to grow into and fulfill the Vision that God has for them.

As an RSI consultant, Craig is motivated by the opportunity to partner with churches when they reach a critical time in the growth of their ministry. In this role, Craig's natural attention to detail, his problem solving skills, and his creative ability to unite people make him a sought after consultant.

During his tenure at RSI, Craig has worked with churches in 22 states and 18 denominations. He has worked extensively with congregations on projects including debt-retirement, construction, renovation, and relocation efforts. Craig was on the consulting team that recently partnered with Briarwood Presbyterian Church in Birmingham as they raised over $11 million. Craig has also served as a mentor to new RSI consultants and works as a member of the RSI BRIDGE team to constantly upgrade and improve our follow-up work with churches.

Education

Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shepherd University, Shepherdstown, West Virgina and a Master of Divinity degree from United Theological Seminary, Dayton, Ohio. He also served as the founder and first president of the Cincinnati Chapter of NACBA.
