Earl Craig
Professional Experience
Prior to joining RSI in 1986, Earl served as a senior minister for 19 years for large congregations in Georgia, Texas, and Mississippi. During his pastorate Earl led three capital stewardship programs, all conducted by RSI, including one that raised $14 million.
As a relationship partner with RSI, Earl Craig shares the history and philosophy of RSI stewardship programming with more than 135 churches each year. He serves as a stewardship mentor not only to the congregations he visits, but also to the consulting staff of RSI. A valued member of the management team, Earl is instrumental in guiding the methodology and vision of RSI.
Earl has led dozens of faith communities through stewardship programs, generating more than $100 million to support local missions. His experience as both a pastor and a consultant gives Earl first-hand knowledge of the dynamics necessary to achieve vital capital growth. Earl earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University, and Master of Divinity and Doctor of Theology degrees from Southwestern Theological Seminary. He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Mississippi College, Southwestern Baptist Seminary, Dallas Baptist University, and the YMCA of Richardson, Texas.
Personal
A resident of Plano, Texas, Earl is married to Beth Ann. They enjoy spending time with their children, Stephen and Stacie, son-in-law Chad, and especially their two granddaughters, Ashley and Lauren. Earl is active at the Heights Church and the Dallas Athletic Club. He prefers spending his vacation at the Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, North Carolina, where he enjoys playing the #2 Course. A scratch golfer, Earl has qualified twice for the USGA Senior Amateur Championship and is the current RSI annual golf Tournament champion.
